The costs of an event film vary widely depending on factors such as the complexity of the event, duration, location, post-production needs, etc. To determine the exact cost, we can hop on a phone call and determine a budget that aligns with your event goals and ensures high-quality results to bring your vision to life.

While the turnaround time for delivering your event film can vary depending on several factors such as the complexity of the project, duration of the footage, and post-production requirements, I do try to complete your film as soon as possible. Most event recaps I am able to deliver 1-2 days after the event. While I strive to deliver your video in a timely manner, I also want to ensure that the final result meets or exceeds your expectations. Therefore, it is best if we discuss the estimated delivery timeline with you once I have a clearer understanding of your specific project requirements. Rest assured, I will keep you informed throughout the post-production process and provide you with regular updates on the progress of your video.

Absolutely! I am a Part 107 certified drone pilot which ensures that I operate my drone within the guidelines established by the FAA. This includes adhering to altitude restrictions, airspace regulations, and other safety protocols, which helps prevent any legal issues or disruptions during your corporate project.
The use of a drone can really showcase your event unlike any other footage. I recommend!

I try to be discrete at your event as to not be a distraction. The last thing I would want to do is overwhelm you with the presence of a large film crew. In most cases, it will be only me, and maybe an assistant if needed. However, if you feel you would benefit from an additional videographer, I can arrange this for you.

Yes, I have some lav mics that I can place on subjects and/or I can connect to the sound system or dj there at the event.

Short answer is yes, but it depends on where the event is being filmed, the number of days I will need to be gone, etc. I am avid traveler so the actual traveling aspect excites me! Shoot me an email with some of the details and we can see about making it happen.
